Mark Schroeder : Founder of Mark Schroeder & Co. in 1983 with 30 years of experience in all aspects of the landscape industry. As a native of Southern California, Mark is very familiar with the best plant materials for the area. Mark has been a member of the local chapter of California Landscape Contractors Association for over 20 years and has served CLCA as treasurer for over 12 years. He has also served as an industry expert for the California State License Board.

Ryan Fergison : Maintenance Manager. Ryan oversees the maintenance division of Mark Schroeder & Co. Ryan went to school at Northern Illinois University and moved to San Diego in 1972. Ryan brings with him over has 30 years experience in the green industry and is Certified in Pest Control. Ryan has managed many award winning landscape maintenance projects while at Mark Schroeder & Co.

Kirk Clay : Construction Manager. Kirk manages all construction sites and is involved with day-to-day scheduling. Kirk is a San Diego native and has over 25 years of experience dealing with various aspects of the landscape industry. He is also a Certified Landscape Technician. Kirk has been involved with many award winning landscape construction projects while at Mark Schroeder & Co.

Sandra Grow : Office Manager. Sandra oversees all the day to day operartions of the company in general. Sandra has been in the landscape industry for over 15 years and she has been with Mark Schroeder & Co. for over 12 years. Communication is key for any company and Sandra specializes in this area. In 2009, Sandra became the President of the local chapter of the California Landscape Contractors Association (CLCA).
